Module 3: Fundamentals of Experiential Tourism focuses on experiential tourism, a sector that emphasizes meaningful, immersive experiences. This module explores how experiential tourism contributes to local economies, encourages community engagement, and promotes environmental sustainability. The module also addresses visitor engagement strategies and explores the different segments of experiential tourism, such as culinary, rural and adventure tourism.
Module 4: Experiences Design and Management is all about the creation and management of tourism experiences. From product fundamentals to market research and experience design, this module provides practical insights into what makes a tourism experience successful. This module also explores the integration of digital tools and sustainable practices into tourism offerings, to create modern, eco-conscious tourism products.
Module 5: Experiential Tourism Marketing is designed to help learners understand experiential marketing strategies. It will focus on the key elements in developing effective marketing, including audience analysis and market segmentation. The various digital marketing tools and the development of a 360° marketing plan will also be covered, helping learners to develop practical marketing skills.
